How can I start using Supper?

Getting started with Supper is very simple. You just need to sign up on our platform, complete your nutritionist profile, and you can start adding patients and managing your schedule. The initial setup takes less than 5 minutes.

Do I need technical experience to use Supper?

No, Supper is designed to be extremely intuitive and easy to use. You don't need any technical experience. If you know how to use a mobile phone or web browser, you'll be able to use Supper without any problems.

Can I access Supper from my phone?

Yes, Supper is fully responsive and works perfectly on any device: computer, tablet, or mobile phone. All your data syncs automatically across devices.

How do I manage my patients' information?

In Supper, you can create complete profiles for each patient including personal data, medical history, allergies, dietary preferences, anthropometric measurements, and nutritional goals. All this information is organized and accessible in one place.

Can I view a patient's consultation history?

Yes, each patient has a complete history of all their consultations. You can view notes from previous sessions, measurement evolution, and goal tracking. The entire history is available in the patient's profile.

How is patient measurement evolution recorded?

You can record anthropometric measurements at each consultation (weight, height, circumferences, skin folds, etc.). Supper automatically generates evolution graphs so you can visualize progress clearly and easily.

Can I export my patients' data?

Not yet. Exporting patient information isn't available for now, but we're working to offer it soon because your data should always be yours.

How do I manage my appointment schedule?

Supper includes a calendar where you can clearly view all your appointments. You can create, modify, or cancel appointments easily to organize your day in your own way.

Can my patients book appointments online?

This functionality is under development and will be available soon. In the meantime, you can manage all appointments from your admin panel.

Are appointment reminders sent?

Yes, Supper can send automatic appointment reminders via email to your patients. This helps significantly reduce no-shows and improves your schedule management.

When will patient messaging be available?

The messaging functionality is in active development and we expect to launch it in the coming months. It will allow you to communicate directly with your patients from the platform, resolve quick questions, and send recommendations.

Will I be able to create nutrition plans in Supper?

Yes, we're working on a complete nutrition plan functionality that will include a food database, customizable templates, automatic macronutrient calculation, and more. This will be one of Supper's next major features.

Will there be a native mobile app?

Currently, Supper works perfectly in any mobile device's browser. We're evaluating developing native apps for iOS and Android in the future based on feedback from our users.

Is my data secure in Supper?

Security is our top priority. We perform automatic daily backups and comply with data protection regulations (GDPR). Your data and your patients' data are protected and only you decide who can access them.

Who can access my patients' information?

Only you and the people you explicitly grant access to (such as your clinic staff) can view your patients' information. We never access your data unless strictly necessary for technical reasons and with your authorization.

Do you back up my data?

Yes, we perform automatic daily backups of all information. In case of any technical problem, your data is safe and recoverable.
