The service

Supper is software-as-a-service (SaaS) to help manage nutrition clinic activity (patients, appointments, consultations, and related features). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Patients using the patient portal are governed by the Patient Portal Terms and portal privacy policy, in addition to what they agree with their clinic.

Acceptance and changes

If you disagree with these terms, do not use supper. We may update these terms by posting the current version on this page. For material changes, we may notify you by email or in-product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, unless law requires otherwise.

Roles: clinic and supper

You (or your organization) provide nutritional care and remain responsible to your patients for clinical content and care decisions. Supper provides the technology tool; it does not provide healthcare and does not replace professional judgment.

For patient data you enter or generate on the platform, your organization is typically the controller and supper acts as a processor, under the applicable data-processing arrangement and data-protection law.

Registration and account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account or organization. Notify support@thesupper.co immediately of any unauthorized use.

If you invite other users to your organization, you are responsible for their use of supper in line with these terms and applicable law (including data protection).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use supper unlawfully or for unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to access other organizations’ data or compromise service security.
  • Interfere with or abusively overload the platform.
  • Upload unlawful content or patient data without a legal basis or required safeguards.

We may suspend or limit access upon reasonable suspicion of breach, fraud, or security risk, notifying you when reasonable and legally possible.

Subscription and billing

Some features require a paid subscription under the plan you purchase. Commercial terms (price, billing cycle, applicable taxes) are shown at purchase or in related commercial documentation. Except where mandatory law or a written agreement says otherwise, paid fees are non-refundable.

Non-payment may lead to suspension after appropriate notice. You may cancel renewal as described in the account or by contacting support; cancellation usually does not entitle you to a refund for the period already billed.

Intellectual property

Supper, its software, trademarks, and proprietary content belong to supper or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You retain ownership of data and content you submit; you grant us the license needed to host and process it solely to provide and improve the service.

Third-party services

Supper may integrate with third-party services (for example Google Calendar). Their use is also governed by those third parties’ terms. We do not control or endorse unrelated third-party sites or services.

Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, supper is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Except for wilful misconduct or where mandatory law provides otherwise, supper’s total liability to you for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid supper in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Term and termination

You may stop using supper at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or service discontinuation, with reasonable notice except for security or legal urgency. After termination, access ends and we handle data under the Privacy Policy and applicable legal duties.

Governing law and contact

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by Spanish law. Questions: support@thesupper.co.
